We are located within the Bangkok metropolitan area between Thammasart University (Rangsit Campus) and Navanakorn Industrial Estate.
We provide electronics manufacturing services (EMS) from PCB assembly (SMT and PTH soldering) to complete box-build, packaging and logistics.
Our main product is printed circuit board assembly (PCBA).
We specialize in lead-free SMT Assembly (SMD placement on PCB) .
We work with material consignment (in which we charge for labour-only), full turnkey service, or a mixture of both.
We do not design products. For turnkey projects customers must provide initial gerber (for PCB), drawings (for mechanical parts) and artwork (for logo and packaging).
We have a stable group of skill workforce on flexible work hours to cater to your SMT and manual assembly scheduling needs.
We can handle large upswings and downswings as an option.
We welcome low volume SMT Assembly (MOQ $1000) and have the capacity and experience for high volume turnkey box-build assembly (MOQ $10000).
We offer several options for prototype and sample boards for current customers:-
1. Hand soldering - starting from $150 all-in.
2. Hand placement and reflow soldering - starting from $300 all-in.
3. Run through SMT production line with some hand placement - starting from $450 all-in.
* Options 2 and 3 give boards looking like production boards for exhibition and/or high frequency testing.
* We offer low cost solder paste screen print stencils ($90) for prototype boards and small production runs.
